INSURANCE

Our office accepts Aetna & Anthem Medi-Cal insurances.

For Patients with PPO: We bill patients directly. If you have PPO, our office is happy to provide you with a statement (superbill) for you to request insurance reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance directly to inquire about your out-of-network benefits.
